New sources and new users as defined herein shall comply with applicable pretreatment standards within the shortest feasible time. In no case shall such time exceed 90 days from beginning a discharge. Prior to commencing discharge, such users shall have all pollution control equipment required to meet applicable pretreatment standards installed and in proper operation. (Ord. 445-N, §1, 2014)
