Except as otherwise provided herein, the Public Works Superintendent shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Public Works Superintendent may be delegated by the Public Works Superintendent to other Town of Garfield personnel. (Ord. 445-N, §1, 2014)
