It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of garbage in any manner other than that provided in this chapter. Furthermore, it shall be unlawful for any person to move garbage or refuse over any public right-of-way of the Town except as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 80-N, §6, 1975)
