For the purposes of this Chapter, “electric fence” includes any fence which may use electric impulse or electricity to enclose or otherwise reduce to captivity or domestication any animal, which shall specifically include horses, cattle, sheep, goats and swine. (Ord. 43-N, §1, 1958)
