It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal to enforce this Chapter. As such, the Marshal shall direct the clean-up and removal of any measureable accumulations of volcanic ash found to exist in violation of this Chapter. The Marshal shall enter unto (onto?) any land or structure whereupon ash has so accumulated, do or cause the work to be done, keep an account of the cost thereof, and collect the same as provided in §12.05.040, below.
