It shall be unlawful for any landowners or persons having the care or charge of any land within the Town of Garfield to allow or cause measureable accumulations of volcanic ash to lay generally upon any land or structures which they own or have the care or charge of. For the purposes of this Chapter, the term “measureable” shall be given its ordinary and common meaning as opposed to its literal meaning. (Ord. 115-N, §1, 1980)
