It shall be the duty of every landowner or person having the care or charge of any land in the Town to cut down or otherwise destroy any weeds growing thereon or upon any property extending to the center of any road, street, highway, or alley bordering such land. Such action shall be taken annually by at least July 1st, and as often thereafter as necessary to prevent the weeds from going to seed. (Ord. 75-N, §2, 1974)
