(1) Any property within the Town which is a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its terms and remedies;

(2) Owners and other persons in charge who permit property to be a chronic nuisance property shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to its terms and remedies; and

(3) An owner who fails to comply with §12.03A.035, (the “Owner Cooperation” section, below) is in violation of this chapter and shall be subject to penalties pursuant to §12.03.050 (the “Penalties” section, below). (Ord. 419-N, §1, 2012)
