All motor vehicles owned and operated by the Town shall be insured against all claims for liability arising out of the operation of such vehicles and resulting in personal injury, death, or loss, in an amount equal to at least $100,000 per person, and $300,000 per accident. (Ord. 88-N, §1, 1977)
