All prior notices and Chapters published in the Garfield Enterprise or its predecessor, the Whitman County Enterprise, are approved, ratified, and confirmed. All prior notices and Chapters published in the Garfield Line, Colfax Gazette, and Whitman County Gazette are approved, ratified, and confirmed as publications in the official newspaper of the Town of Garfield.
