This code shall be known as the “Garfield Municipal Code,” and it shall be sufficient to refer to it as such in any prosecution for violation of its provisions, or to refer to it as such in any other action in the law or equity. It shall also be sufficient to designate any Chapter adding to, amending, correcting, or repealing all or part of the code as an addition, correction, amendment, or repeal of the “Garfield Municipal Code.”

Additional reference may be had to the title, chapters, sections, and subsections of the “Garfield Municipal Code,” and such references shall be deemed to apply to that numbered title, chapter, section or subsection as it appears in the code. (Ord. 105-N, §2, 1978)
